MORE ABOUT 1001 MÚSICAS
With a program running from July to October, it has established itself as a leading cultural event in Granada and a meeting point for music lovers. It is organized by Proexa, with CaixaBank as a strategic partner, and sponsored by Sabor Granada, Ayuntamiento de Granada, Granada 2031, doctortrece, Cervezas Alhambra, and Royal Bliss; with the participation of Crea SGR and the collaboration of the Junta de Andalucía.
The Mayor of Granada, Marifrán Carazo, emphasizes that the festival places the city at the epicenter of European music, reinforcing its position in the race to become the European Capital of Culture 2031. She also underscores that Granada's historical heritage is transformed into a contemporary stage capable of hosting top-tier performances.
From the Provincial Council, Antonio Díaz points out that the collaboration with Sabor Granada allows them to connect with a diverse audience and enhances the brand's visibility within a prestigious cultural context.
Amador Carmona, from CaixaBank, highlights the commitment to music and culture, and the availability of advance ticket sales for customers through CaixaBank's Xperience platform.
Pepe Rodríguez, director of Proexa, highlights that reaching the sixth edition is a milestone and that this year the cycle expands with more concerts, more spaces and a program that reinforces its cultural value in a key year for Granada.
