30TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR - CONFRONTACIÓN

This year, 2026, marks the 30th anniversary of their album "Confrontación." Specifically, the album was recorded in November 1996 at Lorenzo Records studios in Bizkaia, and they embarked on a tour throughout the country until the end of 1997, continuing into 1998 with the remix of "El Latido del miedo" (The Heartbeat of Fear).

"Confrontación" is an album that showcases Ktulu's maturity and intensity at their peak. The production by Jan Borsing and the band's co-production resulted in a powerful and aggressive sound for the world of metal. With a perfect blend of industrial metal and thrash influences, Grove is flawless on all levels.

Comparisons to Fear Factory and Machine Head were common at the time, as Ktulu managed to capture the essence of those bands while adding their own unique touch. The dark undertones and controlled speed of thrash add a layer of complexity to the music. That's why they want to pay homage to the album that launched them to the top and put on a tour that's right for everyone.
