Role Description And Purpose

The Marketing Specialist – Americas (Role ID: R006709), located in either New York or Boston, plays a key role in advancing global and regional business priorities by driving digital engagement, executing multichannel marketing campaigns, and contributing to revenue growth. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing, self-starter who is eager to work across many countries and cultures, while growing their knowledge of marketing and investments within a leading global asset manager.

As a member of BNP Paribas Asset Management’s Americas Marketing team, the Specialist will report to the Head of Marketing for the Americas and support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs spanning content, digital channels, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and roadshows, while also exploring new marketing technology offerings to optimize operations and reporting.

Partnering with sales, client service, investments, content, digital, and design teams, the Specialist will deliver high-impact initiatives that elevate our focus strategies, advance the client journey, generate qualified leads, and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-impact marketing and lead-nurturing initiatives that promote focus strategies, engage target audiences, and support business growth
  • Implement and distribute campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, search engine marketing, websites, and other digital channels
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of proprietary and sponsored events, including roadshows
  • Own the timely production of collateral, including sales ideas, website and social media content, videos, infographics, and email communications
  • Collaborate with Sales and client service on campaign distribution, lead follow-up, and clear reporting of marketing activity and outcomes
  • Exploring new technology offerings to help reduce costs, increase productivity and enhance ROI to the business overall
  • Identify opportunities to evolve formats, content, and delivery in response to client needs and market trends
  • Partner with global teams, including: content, editorial, creative, digital, investments, agencies, and compliance teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance and implement engaging reporting structures against established KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Generate ideas and deliver new and innovative ways of promoting BNPP AM and our capabilities
  • Support special marketing projects and broader business priorities as required


Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within asset management or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong interest in data and the ability to use insights to inform decisions
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, positive, and energized, team-oriented environment

Physical presence in office is an essential function of this position. This role has the flexibility of being hybrid, consisting of an in office and remote working component.

The expected starting salary range for this position in New York City/Boston is between $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
