A marketplace built around Oregon’s needs is almost here. Beginning Nov. 1, Oregonians will use ExploreHealthOR.gov (Explore Health) to shop for 2027 health coverage, check eligibility for financial assistance and enroll in a plan, replacing HealthCare.gov for the state’s marketplace.
