Nearly 40 years after STV designed Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)’s Frazer Rail Maintenance Facility, we’re helping shape its next chapter through a multi-phase expansion that will increase inspection, cleaning, servicing and maintenance capacity. 🚆 STV is providing multidisciplinary design services while the active facility remains operational, helping SEPTA prepare its Regional Rail system for future fleet growth and evolving maintenance needs.

🚈 Austin is one step closer to its first light rail system. Austin Transit Partnership has selected a Light Rail Vehicle manufacturer, and now STV is helping move the program from planning to reality. We’re coordinating the integration of Light Rail Vehicles that will expand mobility across the region. The nearly 10-mile, all-electric light rail system will connect people in one of the nation’s fastest growing metro areas.

A little comfort goes a long way for families in the NICU. Our New York team came together with March of Dimes to assemble care packages for 50 families at The Mount Sinai Hospital, decorating baby onesies and adding personal notes of encouragement to each package.

From model to machine. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC)’s first tunnel boring machine is officially excavating the first mile of the Hudson Tunnel Project in New Jersey and installing precast concrete tunnel lining rings as it advances. The project will ultimately add two new rail tunnels beneath the Hudson River, expanding capacity and improving reliability along the Northeast Corridor.
