Full house at NAPIM - National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers yesterday for Willem Sundblad's Supplier Showcase: "From data to front-line action in 10 minutes using AI." The room was packed with the people who run ink and coatings plants every day, and the message was simple: your plant floor already produces the data. The hard part is turning it into guidance an operator can act on in the moment, without a data scientist in the loop. We brought a real example to the stage, our work with INX International. What started as a stalled data rollout became 50 weekly users in 90 days and a 22% OEE gain. Proof that AI-driven, operator-ready guidance isn't a someday thing.
