What does product-market fit feel like when your company has only one shot left? David Lee remembers the moment that brought him to tears: customers came out to defend Nex. The company could afford just 5,000 consoles. A year later, sales reached 150,000 units and revenue grew 11x. Today, Nex is profitable, with revenue approaching $200 million. In the conversation, he walks through the stones he turned along the way, and the work that keeps going after the numbers take off.
